Is this for people just getting started in digital health?
No, this is for women clinicians and scientists who already have experience working directly in digital health or innovation contexts. Most attendees are working in healthcare startups, launching their own companies, or leading innovation within health systems or academic medicine.
During the training, we will audit your strategic credibility, operational approach, and cross-functional influence. If you don’t have exposure to healthcare product/service development, or you're looking for your digital health role, this training will be far too advanced.
Is this only for women?
No — anyone is welcome to attend. This workshop is open to people of all genders. The curriculum is intentionally designed around the lived experiences of women clinicians and scientists in digital health, especially those navigating influence, credibility, and leadership in environments where clinical expertise is often undervalued.
